BRL SIKB 7800

As a certified tank installer, we comply with the BRL SIKB 7800 standard. These regulations require underground and aboveground tank installations for the storage of chemicals and liquid fuels to be constructed according to strict requirements. This includes the installation of tanks, collection systems, piping and fisngs, and requires an approved Process Risk Inventory & Evaluation (PRI&E) for chemical installations. This standard covers the installation and maintenance of tank installations for various product classes, including PGS Classes 1 to 4 and chemical products, with specific attention to safety and environmental requirements.

Living Environment Activities Decree (BAL)

Text: Since Jan. 1, 2024, BAL has been in effect, which emphasizes the commitment to safety for the integrity and safety of tank installations. The BAL requires that the installation and maintenance of tank installations meet the requirements for occupational health and safety and environmental safety. With a BRL SIKB 7800 installation certificate, it is easy to demonstrate that these requirements are met as a commitment to safety, contributing to safe and responsible operation.

Hazardous Substances Publication Series (PGS)

Our installations are also in line with the guidelines of the Hazardous Substances Publication Series (PGS), which deal integrally with the risks of hazardous substances. These guidelines, such as PGS 28 for underground tank installations for liquid fuels,PGS 29 storage flammable liquids for above-ground vertical tanks. PGS 30 for above-ground liquid fuel tank installations and PGS 31 for other hazardous substances/chemicals, provide comprehensive measures for the safe storage, use and disposal of hazardous substances. They help minimize risks to people and the environment by relying on best available techniques and scientific understanding.
